Firstly, I have used Ingo for a number of renovations prior to this and plan to use him again in the next few years for major bathroom reno. We had to build a new deck to cover a large “hole” by a metre high retaining wall to stop water going underneath the house. We used wider than normal boards (prefer the look) with a “no nail” system, which looks tidier. He did clever things like built in box seating which double as a garden retaining wall. Ingo also used stainless steel thin rods to match the balustrade on the downstairs deck. He built a pergola which we then put in a tinted glass roof so extra shelter. Glass is such a better look then polycarbonate. You can see his superb workmanship in the finished box seating – how it is finished by being “mitred” corners. Not everyone does this as it is time consuming but well worth it. All in all, Ingo and his team did a fantastic job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Excellent communication all the way through great to deal with. They gave us good practical advice on some of the areas we were unsure about. We had our bathroom renovated and considering this is quite a disruptive area to have renovated the disruptions were kept to a minimum and the room was always left tidy and safe at the end of the day.
